Erran has completed the score to Courteney Cox’s directorial debut ”Just Before I Go” . Premiered at Tribeca Film Festival the movie stars Seann William Scott, Kate Walsh and Olivia Thirlby. This dark comedy tells the story of aimless pet store worker Ted Morgan who decides he is “done” with life. He gets motivated for the first (and the last) time to do himself in, but not before tying up a few loose ends back in his hometown.

Erran completed the score to the Lifetime movie “Jodi Arias-Dirty Little Secret”. Based on the true story of Jodi Arias (Tania Raymonde), a seductive 28-year-old aspiring photographer recently found guilty of killing her former lover.

Erran completed the score to TalHotBlond, directed by Courteney Cox, premiered Saturday June 23 on Lifetime. Based on a true story, “Talhotblond” follows the life of Thomas Montgomery a married father of two young daughters, who gets seduced by the world of online gambling and chat rooms which ultimately leads to the murder of an innocent man. The movie stars Garret Dillahunt, Ashley Hinshaw, and Laura San Giacomo.
2012 Erran completed the score to “The Dictator”. Directed by Larry Charles the comedy tells the heroic story of a dictator who risks his life to ensure that democracy never comes to the country he so lovingly oppressed.
2011 Erran completed the score to this movie short , directed by Scott Weintraub and produced by Tova Dann. Its a black comedy focusing on a strange father and son relationship and the whereabouts of a missing leg.
2010 Erran has completed the music idents for UKTV Watch. Devised by creative agency Harriman Steel, the idents and presentation are inspired by the art of Japanese Black Theatre which involves mime, dance and acrobatics. In each of the idents, which are shown in reverse motion, people come together as part of the channel's new identity - 'Watch... together'.
2010 Erran was asked to compose the music to the reworked UKTV Gold ident when a new tag-line was introduced - Stick Something Funny On'
2010 Erran has been awarded an ASCAP composer award for his score to “Bruno”. The award ceremony took place in Hollywood on the 24th June 2010.
Erran’s score for the movie “The Infidel” (written by David Baddiel & directed by Josh Appignanesi, starring Omid Djalili & Matt Lucas) will be heard in theaters April 9th.
A performance of Erran’s symphony “Zere” for the Kazakhstan Philharmonic Orchestra was featured in the new PBS music documentary series “ Sound Tracks”. The program includes an interview with Erran in LA.
