About Erran Baron Cohen

Erran Baron Cohen is an award winning composer whose work has encompassed a wide variety of projects including film and television scores, album releases, orchestral commissions and most recently a musical. Erran has received three ASCAP Composer Awards for his scores to “Borat”, “Bruno” and “The Dictator”.

Other projects include the symphonic work “Zere” scored for a 70 piece orchestra, which was performed in London and Kazakhstan, and recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. Erran composed the music for the musical “The Infidel – The Musical” with book and lyrics by David Baddiel which was performed in London’s Theatre Royal Stratford East during 2014.

Erran has also scored numerous Television Documentaries, Adverts, Drama, Idents, and Theme Tunes. He has a special interest in ethnic music as well as electronic, dance and classical influences.
